Absolutely. Our candles are designed with safety in mind and come with a lead-free cotton wick and a burn time indicator. Using lead-free wicks ensures a cleaner burn and reduces the emission of harmful substances, making our candles safer for your home. However, make sure not burn candles near flammable materials and items like clothes and bedding.

Pillar candles can be used outdoors, but it’s best to place them in a sheltered area or use a candle lantern to protect them from wind and rain.

Yes, we provide discounts for bulk orders. The more pillar candles you buy, the more you save. Currently, we offer 5% for over 5 candles, 8% for over 10 candles, 10% for 20 candles and 12% for over 50 candles. To ensure an even burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use, and let the candle burn long enough to melt a surface of at least 1 inch of wax (the wider the diameter of the candle, the longer it should burn).

To clean up wax spills, allow the wax to harden, then gently scrape off the excess. For residue, you can use a hairdryer to soften the wax and then wipe it away with a cloth.

The burn time varies depending on the size of the pillar candles. Our lab test burning hours are shown as below:

• Small pillar candles (2×2 inch) : 13 hours
• Middle pillar candles (2×3 inch): 19 hours
• Large pillar candles (2×4 inch): 25 hours

Please notice, these burning hours of pillar candles are lab test results and may differ in different environments.

To ensure the best quality and longevity of your pillar candles, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep them in their original packaging or wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from dust and moisture. Avoid storing them near strong-smelling substances, as they can absorb odors.
